Email Support Executive

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Post Graduate candidates with MBA, preferably in Banking & Finance or equivalent qualifications

• Preferably male candidates with excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi

• Strong written communication and customer handling skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle NRI customer queries, service requests and complaints received through the dedicated email channel

• Respond to customer emails accurately and within defined timelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for request fulfilment and issue resolution

• Contact customers over phone, where required, to resolve discrepancies and obtain additional information

• Ensure high quality customer experience through professional written and verbal communication

• Adhere to operational, quality and compliance guidelines

Work Schedule

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business and HCM requirements

• Willingness to work on public holidays and bank holidays on a rotational basis

• Shift timings may vary as per operational requirements
