Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers. The candidate should have hands-on experience and the ability to handle customer issues professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptop & desktop hardware issues
Replace/repair components like motherboard, RAM, SSD, battery, keyboard, display
Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers & software
Handle printer repair & maintenance (laser & inkjet)
Perform data backup and recovery
Maintain service records and job sheets
Provide on-site support when required
