Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1-6 years of experience in HR or Recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
