Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management.
• Prepare job descriptions and hiring criteria for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and campus recruitment.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Onboarding

• Handle joining formalities and documentation.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Coordinate factory visits and departmental introductions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and employee engagement during probation.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee database management.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and grievance coordination.

Compliance & Administration

• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee files.
• Coordinate with external consultants and agencies when required.
