Talent Research & Acquisition Specialist
Location: Mira Road (Opp. ICICI Bank)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic freshers and experienced professionals to join our in-house NON-IT Talent Acquisition team. The role involves working on end-to-end recruitment assignments across manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Understand client requirements and share relevant profiles within defined timelines
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, networking and headhunting
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Work on niche, strategic and leadership hiring assignments across industries
- Ensure smooth coordination and positive experience for both clients and candidates
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers looking to build a career in HR / Talent Acquisition are welcome
- Candidates with experience in recruitment, consultancy hiring, executive search or talent acquisition will be preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Multi-tasking ability with good follow-up and stakeholder management skills
