Job Description
The HR Head will be responsible for building and leading the complete Human Resources function for a growing real estate development company. The role includes talent acquisition, HR strategy, organization structure, performance management, culture building, compliance, compensation, employee engagement, and leadership development across corporate office, sales teams, project sites, and support functions.
The HR Head should act as a strategic business partner to management while also ensuring strong execution of day-to-day HR operations.
