Job Description
Design and execute end-to-end overseas recruitment strategies for multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, engineering, hospitality, IT).Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, recruitment agencies, and government bodies.Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and selection using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized overseas job boards.Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa regulations, and ethical recruitment standards.Organize and lead overseas recruitment drives, virtual interviews, and assessment centers.Negotiate offers, manage onboarding processes, and coordinate with relocation and immigration teams.Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
