Job Title: HR Intern – Recruitment

Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Internship Type: Paid (In-Person)

Duration: 3 / 6 Months (Minimum 3 Months Preferred)

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our HR

team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment and is

an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

 Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms

 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

 Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms

 Support daily HR and recruitment activities

Eligibility Criteria

 Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / BA or any HR-

related course

 Strong interest in HR and Recruitment

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

 Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
