Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and self-motivated candidates to join our Life Insurance Sales team. The role involves meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. Candidates should be passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Meet prospective customers and explain life insurance plans.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Provide after-sales service and policy support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or BFSI experience is an added advantage.
