Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make outbound calls to warm/cold leads and handle inbound customer queries to pitch motor, health, or life insurance products.
- Needs Analysis: Evaluate customer financial situations and protection requirements to recommend tailored insurance policies.
- Policy Explanation: Clearly articulate premium structures, coverage limits, terms, and benefits in a way the client can easily understand.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and conversion metrics.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales pitches and transactions strictly adhere to local regulatory and company guidelines.
