Interior Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day execution of interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and the project team to ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities at interior project sites.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil workers, and other contractors.
• Plan daily work and ensure contractors have the required materials and information.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Conduct regular quality checks and identify/reduce execution errors.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution or material production.
• Coordinate with the design team regarding drawings, modifications, and site-related concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of materials received, used, and pending at site.
• Provide regular site progress updates, photographs, and reports to the project/design team.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials at site.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic safety standards at the site.
• Identify site issues in advance and escalate them to the concerned team.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure all pending work is completed before handover.
• Coordinate final finishing, installation, and handover activities.
• Be responsible for managing multiple sites, if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in interior site supervision/execution preferred.
• Good understanding of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, civil and finishing works.
• Ability to understand and execute 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Strong contractor and labour management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp reporting preferred.
