Job Description
Eligibility :
⦁ At least 1 year of International BPO experience
Background in:
⦁ Sales / Retention
⦁ Upselling / Cross-selling
⦁ Strong spoken and written English communication
⦁ Comfort handling both chat and voice support
⦁ Total work experience under 6 years
⦁ Residence within 30 km of the office location
Compensation :
⦁ Monthly salary: ₹40k inhand including PBI
⦁ Annual CTC: ₹5.5 LPA
⦁ Transport allowance:
₹1,750 (one-way)
₹3,500 (two-way)
⦁ Retention bonus:
₹40K after 6 months with the 7th month Salary
₹60K after 12 months with the 13th month Salary
Preferred Profile:
⦁ SaaS or digital product support experience
⦁ Strong customer handling + sales mindset
⦁ Experience with retention/conversion metrics
Not Eligible :
