Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries professionally.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeline.
  3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  4. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  5. Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM system.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  7. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  8. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor when required.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
  11. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services when applicable.
  12. Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.
