Job Description
- Location - Vashi , Mumbai ( Regional office )
- Working Hours - 10AM to 7PM
- Salary - 18000 to 20000 + Incentives ( PF , ESIC , Gratuity , Internet Allowance , Phone Allownace provided )
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead status.
- Schedule appointments for the service team.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and service quality standards.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
