Job Title: Customer Service Associate – International Voice Process
Job Description:
- We are hiring for Customer Service – International Voice Process for a leading BPO at Airoli (MDC5) location. Candidates with international voice experience and excellent communication skills are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls in an international voice process
- Provide excellent customer support and resolution
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1 to 7 years in International Voice.
- Education: Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Strong communication skills required
- Immediate joiners or candidates with 30 days notice period preferred
Job Details:
- Location: Airoli (MDC5)
- Shift: US Shift / Rotational / Night Shift
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Cab Facility: Available within 30 kms
