IT Faculty Trainer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic IT Faculty / Trainer to teach Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and BCA-related subjects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of programming languages, database systems, and core computer science concepts, along with expertise in Data Science, AI, and Cyber Security.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & TrainingTeach subjects related to BCA, Data Science, AI, and Cyber Security.
• Deliver lectures on programming languages: Python, Java, C, C++, SQL, and fundamentals of programming.
• Teach database-related subjects: DBMS, Oracle DBA, SQL Queries, Data Modeling.
• Conduct practical labs and hands-on sessions on Programming & Database.
• Teach concepts of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Analytics, and AI tools.
• Deliver modules on Networking basics, Operating Systems, and Cyber Security fundamentals.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments for students.
• Student Support Guide students with mini-projects, major projects, and coding practice.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support.
• Mentor students for internships and job preparation (coding, soft skills, resume building).
• Curriculum Development Update and improve course materials based on industry trends.
• Develop new modules for Data Science, AI, Cloud, and Cyber Security as needed.
• Administration & Reporting Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the academic team for scheduling and planning courses.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training seminars, and workshops.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Data Science / AI or related field.
• Technical Skills Programming Languages: Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript (optional).
• Database Skills: DBMS, SQL, Oracle DBA concepts, Data Warehousing basics.
• Data Science Tools: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, Jupyter Notebook.
• AI & ML: Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning basics, NLP concepts.
• Cyber Security: Fundamentals, threats & vulnerabilities, security best practices.
• Cloud (optional): AWS/Azure basics.
• Strong understanding of DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms).
• Other Skills Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to teach complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
