About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Junior Brand Manager who can help build and grow our brand across digital and offline channels. This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who enjoys content creation, design, storytelling, and social media. You will work closely with the founder to bring marketing ideas to life—from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

·       Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots.

·       Develop creative concepts and production plans.

·       Write scripts for social media videos, advertisements and brand campaigns.

·       Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creators when required.

Copywriting

·       Write engaging copy for social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, packaging, and marketing materials.

·       Create compelling product descriptions and campaign messaging.

·       Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's tone and voice.

Design

·       Create social media creatives, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral using Canva.

·       Design packaging support materials and promotional assets.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Social Media Management

·       Plan and schedule content across social media platforms.

·       Write captions, select hashtags, and publish posts.

·       Respond to comments and direct messages promptly.

·       Build and engage the online community through meaningful interactions.

• Monitor trends and suggest content ideas that improve engagement and reach.

Brand & Marketing

·       Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

·       Assist in planning product launches and marketing campaigns.

·       Coordinate with agencies, printers, vendors, and freelancers when needed.

·       Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Stay updated on consumer trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required Skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·       Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.

·       Proficiency in Canva.

·       Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

·       Basic photography and videography understanding.

·       Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

·       Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Mass Media, or a related field.

·       2–4 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, content creation, or social media.

·       Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software is a plus.

• Familiarity with basic video editing tools is an added advantage.

Compensation structure

• Fixed salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
