Job Description

Receive EV riders/customers at the station

Remove discharged battery and install charged battery

Check battery health, charging level, and physical condition

Maintain battery inventory and stock records

Monitor charging bays and charging cycles

Update swap details in mobile app/system

Follow battery safety protocols (fire safety, handling, PPE)

Keep station clean and organized

Handle customer queries and support
