Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of pre-sales executives
  • Drive daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversion
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assign to sales team
  • Monitor team KPIs: calls, conversions, and productivity
  • Train, coach, and improve team performance regularly
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better conversions
  • Maintain and update CRM data (leads, follow-ups, reports)
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team targets
