Production Manager

Production & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end production from raw materials to finished packaging, ensuring full FAMI-QS compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and guide the production team on FAMI-QS, SOPs, quality, and safety practices.
• Monitor performance and report adherence to standards and targets to the General Manager.

Quality Assurance

• Implement strong QA controls to ensure safety and integrity of feed additives and premixtures.
• Coordinate with QA teams to manage non-conformities and prevent recurrence.

Resource & Documentation Management

• Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment for efficiency.
• Ensure availability of compliant raw and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production, batch, traceability, and audit documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive process optimization, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and KPI-based improvements.
