Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in site visits and real estate sales, particularly in weekend homes or plotted developments. The role requires active client handling and site visits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in clients and sales inquiries
  • Conduct regular site visits with prospective customers
  • Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits clearly
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
  • Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and documentation
  • Maintain records of leads, site visits, and conversions


Required Skills & Experience

  • Passionate and self-driven attitude
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
  • Mandatory experience in site visits for weekend homes/farm plots/villa plots
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Willingness to travel and conduct site visits
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays
