Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our team at an overseas recruitment firm in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely sourcing, selection, and deployment of skilled candidates for international job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen candidates for overseas job placements through various platforms and networks.

* Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.

* Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for different industries and roles.

* Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.

* Handle documentation processes, including visas, medical reports, and travel arrangements for selected candidates.

* Organize and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree

* Proven experience of 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in overseas staffing.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

Knowledge of international visa processes and documentation is an advantage.
