Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international travel reservations including flights, hotels, and holiday packages
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for bookings and confirmations
- Having Knowledge of Amadeus Or Galileo.
- Manage amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company and supplier guidelines
- Maintain proper records of bookings and client details in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
