Job Description

Senior Captain / Assistant Manager – Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant floor operations and ensure excellent guest service.
  • Supervise and train service staff while maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage bar operations, including inventory control and stock reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with excise regulations, licensing, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurants, including experience as a Senior Captain.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and excise compliance.
  • Must not be dependent on POS/billing systems; should be operationally strong.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
