Job Description

We have opening for the Guest Relation Executive profile with 1 of the Health Care industry company. Job location - Malad East.


Roles and Responsibility


  • Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless processes.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest relations and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure smooth daily office coordination

Job Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is required.
