Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-up.
- Cold calling for General trade and modern trade
