Key Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques

· Drive category-wise sales performance in line with business objectives

· Deliver best-in-class (gold standard) customer service at all touchpoints

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient customer handling

· Execute planned Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing and promotional activities
