Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end sales for multiple developer projects as a Channel Partner
  • Lead and monitor sales team performance and target achievement
  • Handle CP leads, walk-in clients, follow-ups, and deal closures
  • Coordinate site visits and booking processes
  • Liaise with developers for inventory, pricing, offers, and approvals
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure process
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
