Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Make daily visits to at least 4-5 customers (contractors, consultants, project sites) to introduce Effinix's products and solutions.
  • Explain product benefits and distribute marketing materials to prospects.
  • Build relationships and seek out new leads for future business.
  • Accurately update visit reports and feedback in company sales records.
  • Collect and record detailed market intelligence about competitor offerings.


Other requirements :

  • Diploma in Engg (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) preferred / Graduate in Science for fresher. Any Graduate for experienced candidates in Industrial product sales.
  • Good verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, presentable attitude with confidence in meeting new people.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
  • Mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler for travel within Pune.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • High integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
