Key Responsibilities

 Identify and collect data of real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.

 Develop and maintain a database of active dealers and real estate agents.

 Contact dealers to introduce company projects and build professional relationships.

 Coordinate meetings, project presentations, and follow-ups with channel partners.

 Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, leads, and business opportunities in CRM/software.

 Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly dealer reports.

 Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation activities.

 Track dealer performance and referral business.

 Conduct market research to identify new dealers and real estate networks.

 Ensure regular communication with dealers for project updates, offers, and schemes.

Required Skills

 Strong communication and convincing skills

 Data collection and database management

 Relationship building and networking ability

 Basic knowledge of real estate market and channel sales

 Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and internet research

 Follow-up and coordination skills
