Job Description

About the role:

Ganesh Dairy is looking for a field sales executive to manage daily outlet visits, order booking, and collections across an assigned beat of retail shops, tea stalls, sweet shops, and restaurants. Growth-oriented role with direct incentive on sales volume.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned outlets on a fixed weekly beat schedule for order booking and product sampling
  • Add new outlets to the beat and convert them to standing orders
  • Collect payments per agreed credit terms
  • Submit a daily sales report (visits, orders, samples, collections, new leads)
  • Maintain product visibility and freshness checks at retail points

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of field sales experience in FMCG/dairy preferred (freshers with strong local market knowledge may also apply)
  • Own two-wheeler with valid license
  • Fluent in Marathi/Hindi; basic English preferred
  • Comfortable with daily reporting via WhatsApp/Excel
