Role Summary:
The Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for driving B2B revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise and corporate clients for internet leased lines (ILL), MPLS, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, data center, and related telecom solutions. The role focuses on new business development, key account management, and strategic sales planning within assigned territories or verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise customers.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Target industries such as IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, etc.
2. Solution Selling
- Promote ISP products such as: Internet Leased Lines (ILL), SD-WAN
- Understand client requirements and propose customized telecom solutions.
- Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for solution design and proposals.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Revenue & Target Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
5. Team Management (if applicable)
- Lead and mentor a team of corporate sales executives.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of telecom/ISP products (ILL, MPLS, SD-WAN).
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- CRM proficiency (Greythr, Zoho, Unolo,etc.).
- Strategic thinking and market analysis ability.
