Telecaller (Real Estate)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentive: Performance-linked incentive up to ₹15,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Telecaller with strong convincing skills to drive site visits for our real estate projects. You will be the first voice a prospective buyer hears — calling leads, understanding their needs, pitching the right properties, and persuading them to visit our sites. If you are fluent in Hindi and Marathi, confident on the phone, and love turning conversations into results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.
• Explain projects, property options, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers in a clear and convincing way.
• Persuade qualified prospects to book site visits, and schedule, confirm, and remind them of appointments.
• Follow up consistently to reduce no-shows and re-engage cold or undecided leads.
• Understand each customer’s requirements — budget, location, and configuration — and pitch suitable properties.
• Maintain accurate lead status, call notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and site team to hand over visit-ready leads smoothly.
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally and represent Reco Property positively at all times.
• Achieve daily and weekly call, connect, and site-visit targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication with strong convincing and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory; working / basic English is an added advantage.
• Confident, energetic phone presence with a warm, customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively and stay motivated.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for CRM entry and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Strong communicators are welcome regardless of background.
Good to Have
• Prior experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or real estate.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and Navi Mumbai / Mumbai localities.
• Experience using a CRM or lead-management tool.
