Job Description
Senior Representative - US based MNC
Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced BPO professionals for a premium international blended process. This role demands strong voice handling skills, excellent English communication and the ability to drive customer satisfaction along with upselling outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels
- Deliver high-quality customer support with C1 level English communication
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while adhering to quality benchmarks
- Identify upselling opportunities and pitch relevant solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
- Meet defined performance and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience(on paper mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills with C1 quality
- Blended or international process experience preferred
- Minimum qualification : 12th pass
- Work Details:
- 24x7 rotational shifts
- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
- Night time cab
- Compensation Structure:
- ₹35,000 in-hand salary
- ₹1,750 travel allowance(oneway)
- ₹2,750 performance incentives
- Additional upselling incentives over and above
