Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

Create high-quality designs for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, and print materials.

Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and branding solutions for clients.

Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, standees, hoardings, and corporate profiles.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client requirements.

Digital Marketing Support

Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

Create engaging Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, carousel posts, and promotional creatives.

Collaborate with content writers and digital marketing teams to develop campaign visuals.

Team Leadership

Guide and mentor junior graphic designers.

Review and approve design work before client submission.

Maintain design quality standards across all projects.

Coordinate with video editors, web developers, and marketing teams.

Branding & Strategy

Develop brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems.

Participate in client meetings to understand creative requirements.

Present design concepts and creative ideas to clients.

Software & Tools

Expert knowledge of:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Adobe XD / Figma

Canva Pro

AI Design Tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc.)

Required Skills

Strong typography, color theory, and layout design knowledge.

Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.

Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
