Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager & Lead Generation Specialist who can manage our company presence across digital platforms while also supporting business development activities through online lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have skills in content creation, social media management, paid advertising, and B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content Management: Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & other social media platforms
• Create reels, posts, product videos, and branding content
• Shoot and edit product-focused content using mobile/camera
• Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Maintain a regular posting schedule and content calendar
• Build and maintain a professional online presence for the company
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Performance Marketing & AdsRun and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Run Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
• Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budgets
• Generate quality leads through paid campaigns
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Lead Generation & Business Development SupportGenerate B2B leads through LinkedIn, social media & online platforms
• Connect with importers, exporters, wholesalers, distributors & food companies
• Handle inquiry follow-ups and maintain lead database
• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Research potential buyers and market opportunities
• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion support
