Job Title: Storekeeper & Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper & Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory movement, supervising dispatch operations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

* Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.

* Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.

* Ensure proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse.

* Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

* Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.

Product Marking & Documentation

* Label, tag, and organize inventory systematically.

* Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation.

* Ensure all products are properly identified and traceable.

Dispatch & Logistics Management

* Manage order processing, packing, and dispatch activities.

* Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

* Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel.

* Monitor dispatch schedules and maintain dispatch records.

Team & Delivery Staff Management

* Supervise delivery boys and warehouse support staff.

* Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.

* Ensure delivery schedules are followed efficiently.

* Resolve operational issues related to deliveries and warehouse activities.

Warehouse Operations

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

* Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.

* Report operational challenges and suggest improvements.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.

* Good knowledge of inventory management practices.

* Ability to maintain records using Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems.

* Strong organizational and leadership skills.

* Basic computer proficiency.

* Ability to manage staff and coordinate logistics operations.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in warehouse management and dispatch operations.

* Familiarity with barcode systems, inventory software, or ERP platforms.

* Experience handling delivery teams and logistics coordination.
