Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive overall performance of the franchise store.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Oversee daily store operations and team management.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and guidance.
- Manage inventory, billing, and store coordination.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain store standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/lifestyle/product sales, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Knowledge of Basic Ms Word and Excel
