Job Description
Job Title: Store Manager cum Counter Sale Executive
Location: Airoli, Kanjurmarg, Vikroli
Industry: Cake Outlet
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations smoothly
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Manage counter sales, billing, and order handling
- Maintain store hygiene, display, and product arrangement
- Handle cash transactions and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with staff and manage shift operations
- Ensure availability of products and proper stock management
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cake shop / bakery / retail store
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage both store operations and counter sales
Salary:As per interview and experience
Preferred Candidate:Candidates with cake shop or bakery experience will be preferred.
