Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader with a strong sales background to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience and the ability to drive performance.
Manage and lead a team of sales executives/agents
Monitor daily performance and ensure team targets are achieved
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Maintain reports and track team productivity
Implement strategies to improve sales performance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper)
Strong background in sales (preferred)
Good leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a problem-solving attitude
