Tele Counsellor

We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to join our team at Balaji Educational Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on previous inquiries.

Needs Assessment: Understand the client's specific requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.

Product Explanation: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's offerings.

Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and resolve doubts to build trust and facilitate decision-making.

Data Maintenance: Log detailed call outcomes, client feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion or lead-generation targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
