Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Department: Onboarding/Activation

Experience Required: 2 Years (Telesales)

Reports To: Telesales Manager

Working days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 7 PM)

Salary: 19 - 22k per month

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain TradeBridge offerings.

● Convert leads into by effectively pitching products/services.

● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as set by the Telesales Manager.

● Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.

● Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.

● Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.

● Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required. Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales.

● Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

● Fluent in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English preferred.

● Ability to meet high call volumes and daily sales targets.

● Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking systems is a plus.
