Job Opportunity – Customer Service / Sales Executive (Voice Process)

Experience:

• Freshers or

• Minimum 6 months experience in BPO Voice Process

Salary:

• Up to ₹25,000 in-hand

• Salary hike based on last drawn Inhand

Job Description:

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting products/services. The objective is to deliver excellent customer experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice calls

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain a professional and positive approach

• Meet quality, resolution, and sales targets

Skills & Requirements:

• Good spoken English

• 6 months–2 years BPO voice experience (freshers can apply)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends

Shift Details:

• 9-hour rotational day shifts

• 6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off
