Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our UAE Banking Process. Candidates with prior telecalling experience in banking, financial services, or customer support will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers for UAE banking products and services.

* Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

* Generate and qualify leads.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

* Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

* Resolve customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

* Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred).

* Experience in telecalling, banking, financial services, or customer support is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

* Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
