Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain driver recruitment data
- Coordinate with candidates through calls and follow-ups
- Support candidates by explaining company policies and onboarding procedures
- Ensure timely joining and track candidate progress
- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports
- Regularly track data and share updates with internal stakeholders and leadership
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (for MIS and tracking)
- Ability to handle data and multitask efficiently
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates based in Mumbai (preferably Navi Mumbai) will be given preference
