Job Summary:

Supportio Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and sales-driven Inbound Sales Executives for our US Auto Parts Process. The candidate will handle inbound calls from US customers looking for automobile parts, assist them in identifying the correct parts, and convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers looking to purchase automotive/car parts.
• Identify the correct auto parts based on customer requirements, vehicle model, and specifications.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and update customer details in the system.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide professional sales support.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication and sales skills.
• Ability to understand US customers and their requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automobile/car parts will be an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US Time Zone).
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
