Telesales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Callers to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. ● Explain project features, pricing, and offers to potential buyers. ● Understand customer requirements and qualify leads. ● Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team. ● Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers. ● Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM. ● Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets. ● Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required. ● Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards. Eligibility ● Graduate or Undergraduate. ● Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales Calling or Tele Sales (preferred). ● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage). ● Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. ● Basic knowledge of CRM applications and MS Office.
