Job Role: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Job Description:
We are hiring Telesales Executives for a personal loan process. The role involves reaching out to customers, pitching loan products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Promote and sell personal loan products
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Undergraduate
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (BFSI/BPO Sales)
Good communication skills (Versant Level 4 required)
Salary & Benefits: CTC: ₹25,500 / Inhand: ₹21,000
Shift Details:
Day shift (Rotational)
