Job Description

  • Customer Engagement: Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle, conducting test drives, and demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Negotiating prices, discussing financing options, and closing sales deals.
  • Product Expertise: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, accessories, and warranty plans.
  • Lead Generation & CRM: Utilizing CRM systems for lead follow-up, managing customer databases, and tracking daily/monthly sales performance.
  • Administration: Completing all sales documentation accurately, including sales contracts and financing paperwork.
