■ About Company:SModi Infrasteel Pvt. Ltd. is a growing and quality-focused PEB company involved in design, manufacturing, supply, erection, roofing, and complete execution of industrial steel building projects across India.

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Structure & Sheeting Erection Engineer who can independently handle complete site execution of PEB projects including structure erection, roofing, wall cladding, manpower management, quality control, and coordination with clients & contractors.

■ Job Responsibilities:

• Complete supervision and execution of PEB steel structure erection work at site

• Supervision of roof sheeting, wall cladding, flashing, ridge, gutter, trim, canopy, turbo ventilator, insulation, and finishing work

• Handling erection contractors, sheeting teams, labour, crane operators, and site manpower

• Ensure proper alignment, level, plumbing, bolt tightening, and structural stability during erection

• Monitoring unloading, material shifting, and proper stacking at site

• Ability to study and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and sheeting layouts

• Coordination with fabrication plant, dispatch team, project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors

• Daily site planning and execution as per project schedule

• Checking of anchor bolts, column alignment, beam connections, bracing systems, sag rods, purlins, and sheeting supports

• Supervision of crane buildings, mezzanine structures, canopy structures, and industrial shed projects

• Ensure proper installation of roof sheets, wall sheets, ridge flashing, corner flashing, gutter system, down take pipes, and accessories

• Monitoring safety standards and ensuring safe erection practices at site

• Preparing daily progress reports and reporting project status to management

• Maintaining quality standards during erection and sheeting activities

• Solving site execution issues and coordinating with design/fabrication teams whenever required

■ Candidate Requirements:

• Practical experience in PEB structure erection and sheeting execution is mandatory

• Good knowledge of industrial steel building projects

• Knowledge of roofing systems, wall cladding systems, and structural connections

• Ability to manage contractors and manpower independently

• Knowledge of site measurements and execution planning

• Candidate should have leadership qualities and decision-making ability at site

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Must be comfortable for travelling and site deputation across India

• Good communication and coordination skills required
